Are you yearning for a deeper understanding of yourself and your current place in life?

Yoga therapy offers a holistic approach to achieve just that.

Welcome!

My name is Beth Grannan, and I’m a yoga instructor and yoga therapist based in Boston, MA.

You may be wondering: what’s the difference between yoga and yoga therapy?

All forms of yoga offer an opportunity for self-discovery. Perhaps yoga initially attracted you as a means to quiet the mind and move the body. Maybe you've experienced the emotional release that yoga can facilitate.

In yoga therapy, this journey is tailored specifically for you, providing a 1-on-1 experience involving  embodied reflection and interactive dialogue throughout the session.

Yoga therapy could be right for you if…

  • You are struggling with self-compassion

  • You find yourself at a standstill in talk therapy and need more nonverbal ways to connect to yourself

  • You find yourself stuck in a transition or with a big decision

  • You find that simply talking about your emotional struggles is too activating

  • You are struggling with symptoms of depression

  • You are struggling with symptoms of anxiety

  • You are experiencing issues with intimacy

  • You are struggling with grief

  • You are simply curious about yoga therapy and want to give it a try
