Welcome! Thanks for checking out my page.

I am a yoga instructor and yoga therapist based in Boston, MA.

My journey into yoga began shortly after graduating college, when I was struggling physically and emotionally. At the suggestion of a friend, I tried yoga. Once I established a regular practice, I felt greater ease emotionally, mentally, and physically. Getting out of my head and into my body truly transformed my health.

My love for learning has led me to explore many certifications (see below), with the most recent being yoga therapy.

What I love most about this work is that it blends the personalized guidance of a private yoga session with the introspective nature of talk therapy. Having benefited greatly from both forms of support, I aim to share with you what has provided clarity and calm in my life.

I work with women and members of the LBGTQ+ community at various stages of life, from adolescence through adulthood. In our sessions together, you can expect a blend of calm, compassion, and, when appropriate, lightheartedness. (Laughter, after all, is a powerful healer.)

I provide a fresh set of eyes and ears on the topics you bring into our sessions. I offer support through deep listening and reminders that you are not alone in your struggle.
